CHiP's

So yesterday after work I was riding home on the 101N. I was probably going about 80-83mph. It had been a boring afternoon, and I was kinda zoning out while riding, slunched a bit on the bike..... Then out of the corner of my eye I see something white, so I look over. Riding right next to me in my lane is a chipper!! He gives me this slow T-2 look and then rides away. I was shocked! I rolled off the throttle, sat up in my seat and slowed to about 70mph. He didnt turn on his lights, pull me over, nothing. He just continued on.....went across the freeway lanes and then back again. :wow
