First drill weekend

Just finished my first drill weekend........what a waste of time.
Saturday, lots of standing around, followed by lots of sitting around.
Sunday, briefings, lectures, classes....yawn.

I guess its not always like that, but with AT coming up, new 1SGT, Colonel in town...things got whacky. Ramsay, who I met at phase I was there, pretty cool kid, hung out with him mainly both days. I ono, seems like an Ok unit, but I dont look forward to drilling for the next 4 years. And I most definitely do not look forward to AT in June.
